Yes, you can.  BUT…

There are significant differences between editions 11 and 10, and probably more so for editions prior to 10.  If you choose to use an older edition, it is your responsibility to be certain you are reading the correct articles for that week.

I will alert students to differences between the texts, and post PDFs for new articles that appear in edition 11, but are not in edition 10.  I will not do this for any other edition, besides edition 10. Article info and the PDFs will be posted on the page titled TEICH.

Don’t forget…there are 2 copies of edition 11 on reserve in the library.  If you want to use those, do not check the library shelves (where edition 6 is located).  Instead, you need to go to the front desk and request to view the reserve text.

If you have an edition earlier than 10, you may bring your copy in during TA office hours to compare the texts to see if it’s worth the trouble of using it versus buying/borrowing edition 11.
